It introduces some of the key tools used to review the progress of a business while helping you recognise the strengths of your own business and highlight areas that may need further nurturing. You will also develop an understanding of how to manage growth. The course will culminate in the preparation of a Business Strategy Report, a 12-month action plan which can be used strategically to access funding and investment.
